Patio furniture now upgraded to premium, heavy duty powder-coated Carter Grandle commercial quality aluminium sling furniture. No plastic rental quality furniture here!
- 6 fully adjustable sun loungers each with their own matching solid 12" side tables
- 8 High back dining chairs and two 48" tables.
2023 - 3 of the loungers have been refurbished and four of the chairs in 2023 with the rest to follow early next year

- New outdoor tableware - for your alfresco dining!

April 2013
- Replace existing screening bushes with Podocarpus hedging to provide more privacy.

May 2014
- Outdoor thermostatic poolside shower with 10" Hansgrohe rainfall showerhead - to enable you to shower before entering the pool and cool down after your sunbathing or rinse off after bathing
January 2015
- Ducane 5 burner professional all stainless steel BBQ with side burner totally rebuilt December 2017 - new control valves, igniters, burners, flavor plates and grill racks. overhauled on each annual/bi-annual visit
We were unable to do any major upgrades ourselves in 2019 and 2020 due to Covid but did have the Gas Pool Heater replaced in July 2020
Interior
(completed January 2013)
- Installation of premium quality, thermostatic, remote control ceiling fans in all upstairs bedrooms
- Upgrade master bedroom fan with premium quality, thermostatic, remote control ceiling fan
- Upgrade Master Bedroom with a King Size Drexel Heritage solid oak, high end suite with Travertine tops
- New high quality Mattress and Box Spring
- Upgrade Upstairs Master Suite with matching solid oak high end suite and pillow top mattress
- Installation of a hotel quality safe large enough to accomodate up to 17" laptops and other valuables that uses either credit card or own code to lock and unlock
- Upgrade kitchen units with brushed nickel cabinet pulls, crown and scribe edge mouldings.

- Conversion of Den area into a Master Bedroom with an American Queen sized solid wood bedroom suite with Serta pillow-top mattress, twin night stands, dresser with triple mirror and tall chest of drawers. Flat screen TV
- Crown moulding and new paintwork
- remote controlled thermostatic ceiling fan and light.
October 2017 replaced the air conditioning unit with an
Carrier 18 sear two stage compressor unit with a high efficiency variable speed air handler
December 2017 - replaced existing carpeting in Grand Room/Lounge with porcelain wood tile flooring
December 2017 re-upholstered dining chairs with leather seat pads
January 2018 - replaced existing 2 bar stools with 4 new bar stools
November 2018 replaced old water heater with new high efficiency westinghouse water heater
December 2018 replaced the original vertical blinds with faux wood horizontal blinds on all bedroom and downstairs windows

Games Room
(April 2013/December 2013)- Convert garage into a purpose built air-conditioned games room to include:-
- Erection of internal wall to separate and form 20' x 21' games room
- Refinish all walls to internal living standard
- Installation of air-conditioning

- Addition of Shuffleboard Table
- Upgraded Foosball Table with fast action weighted players
- Rhino Air Hockey Table Added end of August 2014
- Regulation 9ft Robertsons Pool Table added May 2015
December 2017 installed upgraded LED lighting and new 6ft DC LED fan and 65" UHDTV
